Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags attached.
  • It must be returned within 30 days from the date you received the shipment.
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Please note the following non-returnable items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".
  • Gifted items without a valid order reference.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer support team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Inspection & Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account after the inspection is complete.
  • The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the return is not approved because the item does not meet our eligibility criteria, we will contact you via email, and the item may be sent back to you at your cost.
